Any solicitor or barrister to whom we refer you is an independent professional, from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another employment barrister or solicitor. In the event that you use our contact forms or telephone us, your details may be referred to a solicitor or employment barrister. Modavis will be paid a referral fee by the solicitor or barrister that is no greater than 15% of profit costs on your case and in some cases an annual membership fee to participate in our solicitor/employment barristers network, but this will not be added to your bill.
